Renting a Carrot from a Rabbit Kiosk

  1. Open Rabbit App
  2. Look for pins around you and tap which kiosk you want to rent a Carrot from. (When you tap each kiosk you will see how many available Carrots there are to rent. If there aren't any available Carrots at the kiosk of your choice, find the next nearest Kiosk with available Carrots).
  3. When you arrive at the kiosk, open the app, scan the QR code.
  4. In a few seconds, your Carrot will automatically pop out from the kiosk.
  5. Find the appropriate cord for your phone on the back of the power bank, plug it into your phone, and thats it!

Returning your carrot

  1. Open Rabbit App
  2. Look for pins around you and tap which one you want to return your Carrot to. (When you tap each kiosk you will see how many empty slots there are to return a Carrot. If there are no empty slots, find the next nearest kiosk).
  3. When you arrive at the kiosk, simply insert the Carrot back into the machine, arrows facing in.
  4. That's it! The app will automatically register your Carrot as returned.

Purchasing A Carrot

  1. Open Rabbit App
  2. Rent a Carrot
  3. Once you have the Carrot from the kiosk, click the Return button.
  4. Click purchase Carrot.

How to Recharge a Carrot Yourself After You’ve Purchased

  1. Plug a USB to Micro USB cable into the Carrot.
  2. Plug in USB side of the cable into wall charger (white apple cubes work)!
  3. If you don't have one, you can purchase one here for $5.

Reporting A Problem

  1. Open Rabbit App.
  2. Click menu button at the top left of the screen.
  3. Click Help.
  4. Choose which option you need help with.
